AURÙM has not launched. Today this site does one thing: it collects an email address so we can tell you when we open in Miami. That is the only personal information we hold.
Who we are
This site is operated by Panoptes Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company, trading as AURÙM. You can reach us at hello@aurumapp.co.
What we collect
Only the email address you type into the waitlist form, plus the date you submitted it.
We do not ask for your name, your phone number, your age, or your payment details on this site. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
What we do with it
We send you one email when AURÙM opens in Miami. That is the entire purpose. We do not send newsletters, promotions, or partner offers, and we do not add you to any other list.
Who else sees it
Your email address is stored with the form provider that receives the submission and the email provider we use to send the launch announcement. Those companies process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with venues, promoters, or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until we launch and send the announcement, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If AURÙM does not launch, we delete the list.
Your choices
Email hello@aurumapp.co and ask us to delete your address, and we will remove it and confirm. You do not have to give a reason. You can also ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
Age
This site is not directed at anyone under 18. Do not submit your email if you are under 18. AURÙM is a nightlife product and every venue sets its own age minimum, verified at booking.
Changes
When AURÙM launches and the product actually handles bookings, payments, and identity verification, this policy will be replaced by a fuller one that covers all of it. The date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.
