These terms cover this website only. AURÙM has not launched, so nothing here governs table bookings, payments, refunds, or identity verification. Separate terms will apply to the product when it opens.
Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Panoptes Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company, trading as AURÙM. By using this site you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is
A description of a product we are building and a form to join a waitlist. It is not an offer to sell anything, and joining the waitlist does not reserve a table, guarantee access, or create any obligation on either side.
What we describe here is not a promise
The features, prices, and fees described on this site reflect our current plan. They may change before launch, and the product may not launch at all. Any venue floor plan, table price, or fee shown on this site is an illustration of how the product works. It is not a live listing and it is not bookable.
No venue shown or described on this site should be understood as a confirmed partner unless we name it and say so.
Using the site
Do not submit an email address that is not yours. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site. Do not use the site if you are under 18.
What belongs to us
The AURÙM name, the wordmark, the copy, the layout, and the code on this site belong to Panoptes Labs LLC. You may link to the site. You may not copy the design or the text for your own product.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or accurate. We do our best, but this is a pre-launch site for a company that has not opened.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Panoptes Labs LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from AURÙM not launching. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you which version is current. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
